Ultimate Umami Brussel Sprouts

Add olive oil to pan and fry prosciutto over medium-high heat 2 min per side or until crispy.

Remove prosciutto from pan and add brussels sprouts flat side down. Cook for 5 min.

Flip the brussels sprouts, add salt and pepper. Cook another 4 min.

Add soy sauce, reduce heat to med-low and cook another 1 min.

Add maple syrup and cook another 2 min.

Add brown sugar and mix.

Chop fried prosciutto and mix into brussels sprouts.

Garnish with shaved parmigiano reggiano, pumpkin seeds, and parsley.
What a great way to cook Brussels sprouts! I love the addition of soy sauce and prosciutto!
