Sausage Mushroom Sundried Tomato Pizza

Description

This recipe is for a 16" pizza.

Ingredients
    Pizza
  • 3 Sausages (~350g)
  • 2 grams Pizza dough balls (580g)
  • 5 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 1 Mozzarella ball (~284g)
  • 1 Pack white mushrooms (~220g)
  • 1 handful of sundried tomatoes
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 handful of basil (optional)
  • 2 pinches Chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
    Pizza
  1. Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil to a large pan and bring to medium heat.

  2. Remove sausage from casing. Add sausage and chili flakes to pan. Break into chunks. Cook until browned. 5-10 min.

  3. Remove sausage from pan onto a plate lined with paper towel.

  4. Add mushrooms and garlic to pan. Sautee for 5-10 min then remove from heat.

  5. Knead pizza dough on floured surface. Add oil to pizza pan.  Place dough on pan.

  6. Spread pizza sauce on pizza dough.

  7. Add mozzarella cheese to pizza.

  8. Add sausage, mushroom, basil, and sundried tomatoes to pizza.

  9. Add pizza to oven on middle rack. Cook at 425F for 15 minutes or until crust is browned.
